Tardive dyskinesia emerges in the patient predisposed to the condition as a result of using long term antipsychotics. The usage of classical antipsychotics increase the risk of tardive dyskinesia. It has been claimed that the decrease or almost not risk of tardive dyskinesia with olanzapine that is an atypical antipsychotic. It has been stated that in both supersensitivity psychosis and tardive dyskinesia the causing mechanism are similar and these conditions may occur at the same duration of time. In this case-report, tardive dyskinesia and supersensitivity psychosis will be discussed on the same case.
